Digital pathology workspace

From glass slide to signed report, in one place.

BioImages keeps every case, slide scan and diagnosis on a single rail, so your lab always knows where a case stands and pathologists open the slide, not a file share.

One case, five stages. Always visible.

Step through the same rail that follows a case from the front desk to the signed report. It advances on its own, or pick a stage.

  • Case, patient and specimens in one form
  • Entity codes generated for you
  • The diagnostic question travels with the case

Diagnosis, always in view

Know what needs a diagnosis from any screen.

Diagnosis state carries one plum signature everywhere it appears. Spot it in the registry, the dashboard, the case page or the viewer, and jump straight to the slide.

Throughput, case mix and turnaround against your targets, without exporting a spreadsheet.

Assign and track diagnosis

Hand a case to the right pathologist, see who holds it and what is waiting for review.

External scan handoff

Work with partner scanning labs. Their slides arrive on your case with ownership clearly marked.

Organizations and roles

Every organization works in its own space.

Clinical data belongs to the organization that owns it. Members see what their role allows, admins invite their own team, and platform staff never enter clinical records.

  • Organization admin

Invite members, manage seats and lab settings

  • Pathologist

Review slides, author findings, sign reports

  • Lab technician

Register cases, process samples, upload scans

  • Isolated by organization

Cases, patients and slides belong to one organization. No other organization can see them.

  • Invitation-only access

No self sign-up. Admins invite their team, with up to three admin seats per organization.

  • Capability profiles

Fine-tune what each member can do on top of their role.

  • Audit trail

Membership and administrative actions are recorded for your organization.
